Site visit

We come to you, walk the site, and understand how the surface will actually be used — not just its dimensions.

Accurate measurement, levels, drainage assessment and ground testing so the quote is built on facts, not guesswork.

Design & spec

We specify the base, shock pad, surface system and line marking against the relevant code for your sport or use.

A fixed-price quote in plain language — what's included, the surface system, the timeline, and the warranty terms in writing.

Schedule

We lock in dates and sequence the works around your operating hours, season, or handover deadline.

Install — directors on site

Our in-house crew builds it, with Luke or Josh on site. Every milestone is photographed and documented as we go.

Handover & warranty

A documented handover: as-built detail, materials used, written warranty, and a maintenance schedule tailored to your surface.

10-year maintenance partnership

We stay on after handover — scheduled brushing, infill top-up, decompaction and annual condition reports keep the surface performing.
